Born in Havana, Cuba,I have lived in the United States since 1961. I attended the University of Miami, in Miami, Florida with a degree of science in medical technology in 1973.

Most of my working career has been in the clinical laboratory area in different hospitals, but real estate has always held a high interest for me. I started buying homes for investment purposes, became a landlady, and even though challenging at times, found it to be a rewarding experience, not only financially , but it also increased my knowledge in the opportunities real estate can offer.

Now that I am a New Homes specialist, I see that there are so many opportunities for people of all different types of financial situations, from investors to first time home buyers. There are so many loan products available , that just about anyone can buy a home!
